Making Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

I decided to replicate my Friendsgiving meal. Well, not all of it, haha but the salad and this!

Yes, Cauliflower Buffalo Wings!

One of my best friends shared this recipe with me and I wanted to give it a try. I would say it was successful! I just did not know how to replicate her dressing, so I had ranch and ketchup.

This recipe is pretty easy. I did not quite follow the directions but I can tell you in a simple sentence how I made it.

You will need one head of cauliflower, 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic and onion powder, 1 cup of Frank’s hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of butter, add a little salt too if you want.

Then you wash and chop the cauliflower into pieces. In a bowl, you want to mix the flour, garlic, onion powder, hot sauce, and add 1 cup of water. Then you mixed it together and dip the cauliflower into the mix. On a separate plate, you want to dip the cauliflower into the Panko breadcrumb for a crispy taste.

Put it in the oven at 450 degrees F for 30 mins but after 15 minutes you want to flip the cauliflower to the other side.

And wallah~ it’s not by the book, but this is how I made mine.

Try it and let me know how it worked for you.
