Self-care

One way that I take care of myself is being emotionally fulfilled. What does that mean? That means making sure that I talked to all my close friends. Making sure that I tell my husband how much I appreciate having him in my life. And calling my sisters/mom to check-in.

Relationship building is one skill that I think everyone should have and work on. It helps me communicate with my loved ones and tell them how I feel. I also listen to their stories and make sure they are emotionally healthy.

So take care of yourself, whatever that may be.
