I’m in love with Attiéké!
Attiéké “is a side dish made from cassava that is a part of the cuisine of Côte d’Ivoire in Africa. The dish is prepared from fermented cassava pulp that has been grated or granulated” – Wikipedia
But it is eaten across West Africa. In some places it is called gari or akyeke (Ghana).
The tomatoes and cucumbers and pepper on the side is FRESH. The attieke combined with the maggie seasoning – oh wow. Don’t want to stop eating. Honestly.
Your hand or spoon can be used to eat – place a piece fish in the attieke but some of the veges on top, scoop a mouthful into in the palm of your hand and … YUM.
