Hmong Eggrolls~


Delicious! Coming from a minority group, called the Hmong, we do not have many dishes we can call our own. But today I am making Hmong Eggrolls, a dish that can feed my entire family and also good for family bonding. This is also a good potluck dish to make. Hmong eggrolls are a dish we make at home to snack on or can be eaten with rice.

6 Eggs
Salt/pepper to tastes
3 Tablespoons Fish sauce to taste
3 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
3 Tablespoons Soy sauce/seasoning sauce
2 Tablespoons Hoisin sauce
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Medium onion
Cups Chop green cabbage shredded
2 Cups Red cabbage shredded
1 Cup Shredded carrots
1 Bag of bean threads noodle
1 Pounds Ground turkey (or whatever meat you like)
Eggroll wrapper
